Services

Chavez Landscaping provides gardening, hardscape and masonry, tree, irrigation, landscape lighting, and clean-up services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before service begins.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Weather delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Project-based work (hardscape, tree removal, irrigation installs, garden installs) requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Liability

Please let us know in advance about any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or fragile landscape features on your property.
